General Hotel Policies
  • Check-in Time: 3:00 PM
  • Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
  • Front Desk Hours: 24 Hours
  • Check-in Requirements: At check-in, guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in.
    For payments:
    • Credit card payments do not require a deposit.
    • Debit card or cash payments require a $150 cash deposit for incidentals.
    We accept tap-to-pay for added convenience. The deposit will be refunded at checkout, provided there are no incidental charges.

  • Rollaway beds: We do not have rollaway beds or cribs available at the hotel.
  • Additional fees or fines: $150 fine for smoking in or directly outside of room.
Cancellation Policy
  • Guest must cancel 24 hours prior to the date of arrival to avoid a penalty fee of night’s stay plus tax.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed, only service animals
  • Pet Type: Service animal with documentation
  • Cost per night/per pet: Free to service animals only
  • Maximum pet allowance: 1
Smoking policy
  • All rooms are nonsmoking. Do not smoke in or outside of the room. Designated smoking area would be parking lot or near the front lobby.
